CTE launches North America subsidiary

Italy-based CTE has set up a North American subsidiary to focus on expansion across the US and Canada.

Under newly-launched CTE North America Corp, the company has partnered with US-based distributor Innovativ Hoisting to market and support its range of Traccess spider platforms. The units offer 51ft - 88ft working heights. In the future CTE’s truck mounted range will be added to the product offering.

Headquartered in the Hartford Connecticut area, the North America base will support the product range with qualified service personnel.

CTE sales and marketing director Marco Govoni, said the Italy-based company had made a fundamental step in its growth path. “I wish all the members of the CTE NA Corp team a warm welcome to our family and look forward to a bright future together.”

CTE export manager Tim Hunt, who is in charge of US and Canada, added, “We are very excited about this natural next step, considering the growth of our Traccess brand in North America over the last 18 months.

“We’ve received terrific support from key dealers and customers who are excited about having a CTE branch in the United States, recognising the commitment and proximity to the market that brings, enabling CTE to support them and their businesses even better.”
