AlmaCrawler has expanded its sales team with the appoint of a new sales manager for its material handling equipment.

The Italy-based manufacturer, which is seeking to strengthen its distribution network, has appointed Karim Sinno to the position.

A former export area sales manager for compact loader manufacturer MultiOne, Sinno has nearly 10 years of experience in export management and expertise in construction and agricultural equipment.

In his new role as Material Handling Equipment Sales Manager, he will be responsible for AlmaCrawler’s Multi-Loader and T-Crane product lines. The company, which recently signed a distribution deal with a new French distributor, said Sinno would work closely with its existing distributor network, deepening the company’s relationships, while also establishing new partnerships.

Andrea Artoni, CEO of AlmaCrawler, said, “Our team is and will be growing exponentially in the next few years, and the arrival of Karim Sinno in our sales team represents a great opportunity to further strengthen our work with our distribution network.

“The last couple of years have confirmed an increasing interest in our innovative Material Handling products and we look forward to a positive global expansion.”

Commenting on his recent appointment, Sinno, said, “I’m really looking forward to fully taking advantage of this new professional opportunity and work towards developing the market of these innovative products further. And I feel like I’m joining a real work family so I’m excited about what the future will bring for us.”
