Ex-Terex/Genie employee Mike Buley has established a company, Absolute Easy Up, to distribute Braviisol vertical lift products in North America. The company has already won orders from rental companies including NES Rentals and Trico Lift.

Absolute Easy Up has exclusive rights to the Braviisol products in North and South America. Mr Buley, who had a 26 year career with Genie/Terex before leaving the company earlier this year, told Access International that he was looking to appoint dealers throughout North America, with each having exclusive territories.

The largest order to date is a multi-unit order for the vertical mast machines from US rental company NES Rentals, although smaller orders with other companies have also been secured.

Absolute will exhibit alongside Braviisol at next year's Rental Show in Orlando, showing 'Americanised' versions of the 9.5 ft Leonardo alongside a new 15 ft version.

Mr Buley told Access International that the low level, powered lifts would help rental companies differentiate themselves from competitors. The company also has rights to sell the Braviisol lifts in South America.
