Bronto Skylift has appointed THT Polička as its new distributor in the Czech Republic.

The equipment manufacturer has granted THT Polička exclusive distribution rights for sales of its high-rise rescue and firefighting products and supporting services.

THT Polička provides products such as water tenders, crew carries, and fire containers to the country’s rescue and firefighting industry. Founded in 1899 under the name Stratílek, the company has now served the Czech Republic’s firefighting industry for over a hundred years.

Bronto described its rescue and firefighting platforms ‘a natural addition’ to THT Polička’s offering.

The manufacturer’s previous distributor in the region, D.I.K. Consulting is assisting in the transition and will remain a service contract until the new partnership with THT Polička is fully running.

Dominik Keller, Bronto Skylift’s area manager for Europe, said, “We are very thankful to D.I.K. Consulting and Jiri Kollar for his support during the past years and especially for the help he is able to provide during the transition. Collaboration with THT Polička will give us a stronger footprint in this territory and we are looking forward to it.”

Klejn Vojta of THT Polička said, “In cooperation with Bronto Skylift, we are ready to continue building good reputation with firefighters in the Czech Republic. Our goal is to provide comprehensive services to all Czech customers.”
