Tracked platform specialist CMC has strengthened its presence in the Lombardy region of Italy, with the appointment FGL Commerciale as its new dealer.

The Italian spider lift manufacturer said the addition of FGL Commerciale is part its efforts to establish a “widespread sales network” across Europe. The deal comes just two months after CMC appointed Jysk Lift Service as its distributor in Denmark.

FGL Commerciale is based in the city of Bergam, to the northeast of Milan, and offers equipment sales and maintenance services to the area’s local businesses and private customers.

Led by managing director Fabio Duccoli, it also provides safety consulting services and runs training courses on safety in the workplace.

Fulvio Quercioli, CMC Italy Sales Manager, said, “I am very happy and proud to welcome FGL Commerciale into the big family of CMC Italia.

“With us, he will have at his disposal a widespread network of colleagues on the territory with whom he can deal, a cloud system of multimedia and other tools to support sales, always updated by our marketing department and a team of experts who, from logistics to service and spare parts warehouse, will never leave him alone.

“Moreover, I have known Fabio Duccoli for over twenty years and when the opportunity arose to work together and follow an important market like Lombardy for CMC Italy, finding a meeting point was a snap.”

He added, “The future of CMC in one of the most important regions of northern Italy will be written together.”
