CMC looks to in-person events in 2022

CMC has been laying out its plans for 2022, as a full range of in-person exhibitions and events beckon following restrictions as a result of of the Covid-19 pandemic.

The Italian spider lift manufacturer’s first major stop in 2022 was at the IAPA Awards, held in London, 10 March, for which the company was headline sponsor.

Alessandro Mastrogiacomo, CMC’s export sales director, commented, “The sponsorship of the IAPA awards allows us to demonstrate our relevance in the UK, one of our company’s main markets. Over the last three years, we have consolidated our position in this market, and also thanks to CMC UK, our new subsidiary, we expect to continue to grow throughout 2022.”

Next up, CMC will attend the UK’s Vertikal Days 2022, in Peterborough, 11 – 12 May. For the second time in a row, CMC has been chosen by IPAF to exhibit its S18F on its stand, “reinforcing the implicit link between safety and CMC,” said the company.

From 11 - 14 May, CMC will exhibit in Norway with Lillestrøm, its dealer for the Nordic region, at the 17th Vei Og Anlegg show, which has been postponed due to the pandemic. “This will be an important opportunity to achieve visibility in a country where CMC tracked aerial platforms are gaining increasing market share,” said the company.

CMC CMC continues to expand its range

The same is true in Germany, saays CMC, where there has been a marked increase in orders thanks to the efforts of the German subsidiary CMC Arbeitsbühnen. CMC will take part in Born To Lift, in Würzburg, 24 - 25 May.

The world’s largest construction exhibition then beckons, with Bauma 2022, in Munich, 24 - 30 October, being the next stop for the company, again following a postponement due to the pandemic.

Training will then be the focus as CMC takes part in the IPAF Anch’io event in Bologna, 16 May, where the association will promote the safe use of powered access to Italian industry professionals. The engagement with IPAF will continue with CMC’s participation as both exhibitor and event sponsor at the federation’s Europlatform conference in Rome, Italy, 15 September.

Finally, CMC’s last trade show engagement for 2022 will be in China, at Bauma China,  22 - 25 November, with its Chinese dealer High Boom Lift.
