CTE completes expansion in Germany

Vehicle mounted aerial platform manufacturer CTE has named a second equipment dealer for Germany, agreeing a partnership with access specialist Equipment Service GmbH.

Based to the north of Düsseldorf in Metelen, Equipment Service will provide sales and after-sales services - including maintenance, spare parts and on-site technician visits - for construction, industrial and commercial sector customers in the north of the country.

Already a dealer of aerial platforms from Zoomlion, CMC and Bronto Skylift, Equipment Service’s partnership with CTE covers the manufacturer’s CTE ZED, CTE MP and CTE B-Lift product ranges.

Speaking on the new dealer status, Andre Gerdes, Equipment Service’s Head of Sales, said, “With the competitive range of CTE truck-mounted platforms we’re able to offer a full portfolio of high-quality height access solutions, complementary to the other brands we’re already representing in Germany.

“Having seen CTE products already in the past in our workshop, we could additionally convince ourselves about the CTE truck-mounted range while visiting the CTE facilities and executing intensive product testing in Italy earlier this year. We have been very much impressed by the set-up of the company and could feel the passion of the staff behind the products.”

Massimo Franceschi, CTE export area manager, described Equipment Service as “A partner of great experience and professionalism that will allow us to give the right support, not only from a technical point of view but also from a commercial point of view to the many customers that CTE SpA can include in its portfolio.

“With Equipment Service we hope to now be able to reach new strategic customers who will allow us to achieve new great successes”.

This latest news comes just two weeks after CTE appointed ATG Lift as its dealer for the south of Germany, announcing the partnership at APEX 2023 event in The Netherlands.

Commenting on the manufacturer’s expansion, Franceschi added, “It was a great project that finally came true. With the support of Equipment Service, we can say that the coverage of the German territory is now complete.”
