Accès Industrie has announced senior management changes following the resignation of its CEO Daniel Duclos at the end of last year, and reported a marginal increase in revenue for its 2015 financial year.

Mr Duclos, who is also the owner of French manufacturer ATN, remains on the board of the rental company and has been replaced by two CEO’s; Pascal Meynard, who has been in charge of sales since the start of the company 18 years ago, and former CFO of 14 years Eric Lacombe.

“They have the mission to continue profit growth, while respecting the fundamental values of the company established from the beginning by its founder Daniel Duclos,” said a company spokesperson.

The company has also reported an increase of revenue for 2015 of 1.4% to €50.4 million, up from €49.7 million in 2014.

It said the rise came despite a challenging year in France with less work in the public sector than previous years due to government cutbacks.

Accès Industrie commented that the first half of 2015 had been stable compared to a more difficult first half of 2014 and revenue in the second half reflected “improved market activity in general construction”. A modest rise in residential construction towards the end of the year was a particular observation of the company in its financial statement.

It added that utilisation had increased by 4.2% in 2015, compared to 2014.
