Dingli has added three new models to its oil-free series.

The three new all-electric scissors, the JCPT1012PA, JCPT1008PA and JCPT0808PA, have a working height of up to 10m and maximum load of 450kg.

They join six other models launched in the first half of 2022, meaning the series now covers 5m to 16m working height and 230kg to 450kg basket capacity, overall. Its main feature is that there are no hydraulics and lifting, lowering and steering is carried out using electric actuators.

Other advantages of the oil-free line is the low energy consumption, with the direct electric drive systems offering an energy saving of more than 30%, compared with the traditional hydraulic system, said the company. There are also higher levels of water and dust resistance, with built-in position sensors, real-time data monitoring, while synergistic drives enable temperature, load, and variable torque control, offering safety.

In addition, there is ease of maintenance, due to there being no hydraulic system, and the units are equipped with maintenance-free permanent magnet synchronous motors and AGM batteries.

Full stroke proportional control eliminates the jitter caused by self-gravity lowering of the hydraulic system, providing a better experience, added the manufacturer.
