How to view the IPAF Summit & IAPAs

This year will be the first time that the IPAF Summit and IAPA awards will be held in a virtual format.

The event takes place on Thursday 18 March, over two and a half hours (starting at 15.00 UK time) using a dedicated online platform. Registration for the event is free at www.iapa-summit.info/booking.html

After registering, you can view the event by logging in to the virtual platform at www.iapa-summit-virtual.com, as follows:

• Visit iapa-summit-virtual.com and log in using the e-mail address that you used to register;
• Set your password. Use at least 8 characters and include a number, a special character, and both upper case and lower case letters.
• The platform is live, meaning that you can browse the programme, view sponsors’ material, download the shortlisted brochure, and send chat messages to other delegates;
• When the event starts on 18 March (15:00 UK time/16:00 CET), you will have the option to view the stream in seven languages. The event will be in English, but you can watch with simultaneous translations in Chinese, French, Spanish, Germany, Italian and Portuguese

If you forget your password, there is a ‘reset password’ option.

Networking
Networking through chat and video calls is also possible, and this function has been available in the week leading up to the event, and during it. There will also be a dedicated 45 minute ‘networking’ session at the conclusion of the presentations.
