US-based Hy-Brid Lifts has provided more details about the new products it plans to launch at the ARA Show, set to place in New Orlean, US, in February next year.

Traditionally a specialist in low level access equipment, it was announced in September that Hy-Brid Lifts had been acquired by Turkish company ASKO, which already owns Turkey-based MEWP manufacturer ELS Lift.

Following the acquisition, Hy-Brid Lifts said the new partnership would result in a range of new products, and now the company has announced they will include new scissors, vertical masts and vertical mast lifts with jibs, as well as articulating boom lifts and telehandlers. The latter two represent a departure from the company’s current product line.

ASKO specialises in the construction machinery, agricultural machinery, energy and technology sectors through its eight companies and subsidiaries.

In addition to ELS Lift - which produces scissor lifts, vertical mast lifts and boom lifts - it also owns MST Construction Machinery, which makes telehandlers, backhoe loaders and excavators.

There are no more details about the new products as yet, but Hy-Brid Lifts said, “With the partnership with ASKO, we will be significantly expanding our product line and services offered. “This is a big and exciting step for us and we are excited to share these new offerings with you at next year’s ARA Show.”
