Despite the absence of Genie, JLG and a number of other access equipment manufacturers, the access community put on a good show with a number of interesting and innovative new products.

Access International's editor Maria Hadlow picks some of the highlights from the show.

The truck and van mount manufacturers were particularly active with new machines from Ruthmann, Oil & Steel, Multitel, Palfinger, Hinowa and Isoli on the Time (France) stand.

Haulotte had a suite of new products, many aimed at niche access applications, and Haulotte was also showing the Bil-Jax range of products from the US company, acquired last year.

Skyjack launched the latest in its range of rough terrain articulated booms and French company ATN entered the articulated boom market.
