JLG creates authorized service provider network

JLG Industries has created an authorized service provider network for its North American market that will work together with its JLG Ground Support program. The pair of services are geared toward JLG distributors who need work with repairs, warranties, maintenance, inspections and more.

The service centers and service providers will allow JLG customers to have aerial work platform and telehandler maintenance work completed by technical experts when needed. Service providers will also offer quick responses to customers in remote areas when a repair is required.

"JLG's service providers are quality service operations, 100 percent focused on service work and typically do not rent or sell equipment," said Chris Mellott, JLG's vice president of sales, marketing and customer support for the Americas. "They have been evaluated by JLG's training and technical staff and are measured annually by JLG and our customers to retain their status. These service providers complement JLG's company-owned service centers in Houston; Riverside, CA; and Bedford, PA and expand our service offering through the region to support our customers."

JLG has 12 authorized service providers with mobile and in-house repair capabilities. The company plans on expanding that number by more than double in the coming year. The following companies are currently providers:
