The hydraulic load floor of the Nooteboom access platform transporter has a very small angle of gradient making loading on the gooseneck very easy.

Dutch transport specialist, Nooteboom, has added a low-cost version to its range of semi low-loaders for transporting access platforms and telehandlers. The semi low-loaders have a specially reinforced chassis for highly concentrated loads, a hydraulic load floor and axles with hydraulic steering.

The low load floor height in combination with the 5 m long ramps means that the angle of gradient for the load to drive up is just nine degrees at a normal ride height. The hydraulic load floor also has a very small angle of gradient making loading on the gooseneck very easy. A single push of the button on the remote control puts the hydraulic load floor in the required position. These features make the transporter quick to load and unload.

For optimal securing of a divisible load, the load surface is equipped with 13 rows of four-piece 8 t drop rings. For maximum grip a double-serrated galvanised steel grid is fitted along the whole width of the load floor. In extreme cases, the ‘Superwinch' which comes as part of standard package, can be used to easily, quickly and safely load on the gooseneck.
