New dates for Spain’s Smopyc 2023 event

The organisers of Smopyc, Spain’s main trade show for construction and mining machinery, have announced that the event will now be held between November 22 and 25, 2023.

The show was previously set to run between April 26 and 29, 2023.

Traditionally held every three years in the northern Spanish city of Zaragoza, the 2020 event was finally cancelled, due to the coronavirus pandemic, making the 2023 event the first to be held since 2017.

The show’s organisers, Feria de Zaragoza, have not yet disclosed the number of exhibitors currently booked for next year’s event, but 1,200 were confirmed for Smopyc 2020, with the exhibition set to cover an area of 91,000m².
