Palfinger sells 50th P260 prior to production

Palfinger Platforms has sold the fiftieth P260 B truck mounted platform, receiving the order just before the new 3.5 t chassis platform goes into production.

The customer was German rental company, Rohrmoser, which has been in business for 15 years and has a fleet of 60 platforms - 26 of which are truck mounts. The P260 B is believed to be the tallest platform in its class with a 25.8 m working height.

Palfinger has three machines in the 3.5 t class the new P 260 B, the P 220 B and the P 180 B the company said, " Never before have access platforms in this class been so quick, so flexible in use, so easy to operate, so safe and at the same time so low-maintenance as these."
