The pictured 40 foot (12.2 m) platform height T40MH unit, which is engineered by MMLE from the ground up, is described as a four-machines-in-one ‘Quad Lifter’, operating as an aerial platform, material lift, fork lift or winch lift. Lift capacity is up to 3000 pounds (1361 kg), and optional extras include a single 1000 lb (454 kg) winch or dual 500 lb (227 kg) winches; generator and welder packages; and 2000 lb (908 kg) forks.

The basket can also be modified for specific use by glazers, wall board and cladding contractors without the need for special tooling. The T40 has a retail price of approximately US$110000. T60 and T80 versions are also available.
