German manufacturer TG hyLift is working on two new product launches for the second half of 2014.

The company, which specialises in the development and production of semi-automatic cleaning machines for façades and glass roofs, is preparing to launch a lightweight version of its hyCleaner Red Evo I. The current model is designed for mounting on access platforms with a cage load capacity of 350 kg. The hyCleaner Red Evo I is compatible with Ruthmann, Palfinger, Multitell Pagliero and Manitou platforms.

The new cleaning system, currently under development, will be able to mount on access platforms with a 200 kg capacity.

In addition to the hyCleaner Red product line, which is used for gentle cleaning on all types of façade, the company produces a hyCleaner Blue range designed for cleaning roofs, with a specialization in glass roofs. This model is controlled via radio-remote-control, therefore there is no need for the operator to step on the roof. TG hyLlift is now reworking that technology to create a new cleaning product for solar fields and solar panels, which will also launch towards the end of 2014.

Andreas Grochowiak and Alfons Thihatmer, both of whom held senior management positions at German access platform manufacturer Teupen Maschinenbau, launched TG hyLift in 2011. Today, the company distributes its products across Germany, the Netherlands, Russia and Austria, with plans to expand into Croatia.

“The market for our solutions is growing rapidly and we are looking for further professional distribution partners worldwide,” said Mr Grochowiak.
