Described by Multitel as ‘easy to use’, the machine, which is mounted on a a 3.5 tonne truck, has a working maximum working height of 27m and maximum horizontal outreach of 17m.

The maximum outreach of the machine is said to allow for a a basket capacity of 80kg, while the 12.8m outreach allows for 230kg capacity.

A 400° rotation of the turret and the 1.4m x 0.7m self-levelling platform able to turn 90°+90° allows the operator navigate obstacles and position precisely at the work area, according to Multitel.

The machines also come equipped with MUSA (MUltitel Self-Adapting outreach), an outreach calculation and limitation system that maximises the work area covered by the platform according to the stabilisation configuration selected.

In addition, telemetry allows remote GPS tracking, machine status display, parameterisation and remote diagnostics.

The purchase represents the first time the respective companies have worked together, with Venpa usually favouring the use and supply of articulated platforms.

The three MTE 270EX platforms will be added to the company’s existing line of truck mounted products, which already consists of 150 machines.

In total, the company has a fleet of 4,000 vehicles across its 31 branches in Italy and Eastern Europe.
