Zeppelin Rental has relocated its Kalsdorf rental depot in Austria.

Now located 350m from its previous station near Graz, the company made the move into the Gewerbepark West 5 facility earlier this month.

According to Zeppelin, despite the minor change in distance, the new location will give customers “improved accessibility” and employees “greater visibility”.

It will still provide the same services, says Zeppelin, but will come with more “modern equipment and sustainable operation”, including an 80kWp solar power system on the roof, e-charging stations and energy-saving split air conditioning units that are used in conjunction with air heat pumps to heat and cool all rooms.

Elsewhere, Sascha Garsztka, head of rental and fleet management, Zeppelin Rental, says the workshop hall features technology that ensures “the highest level of comfort and maximum occupational safety for our commercial employees” while the “necessary infrastructure as part of the digital transformation has already been taken into account.”

Commenting on the move, Garsztka said, “We hope that this will also increase awareness in the region.”
